  • Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks effectively.
  • Implement financial controls and policies to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Manager/AVP Finance Operations should have:

  • A solid academic foundation paired with 5-8 years of experience in finance operations, including SOPdriven process management, reporting and analytics, collections oversight, and sales incentive computation.
  • CA/MBA qualification
  • Proven expertise in finance operations, process excellence, and crossfunctional business within the Technology/Consumer industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, SOP processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage teams effectively.
