Realize the Industrial Automation of the machine as per the technical files meeting the Safety , Quality , Cost and Delivery
Lead the parameter setting activity in the test benches to deliver quality product.
Interact with all stakeholders Design ,Assembly , Process teams to understand the technical needs and realize PLC, HMI, Vision, Robot Offline Online Programming.
Load ,test , Prove-out , Qualify the Testers /machines.
Installation and commissioning and qualification at Schneider Plants , Supplier if needed.
Complete the required documentation and handover the machines to the respective departments.
Monitor the performance of the running machines during the observation period and lead the corrective actions
Offer technical support to resolve problems in running machines.
Business Understanding:
General manufacturing processes in Electrical/Auto/Auto auxiliary Industry, Machine
Assembly knowledge
Manufacturing Industry and Discrete line experience is must.
Industry experience like Machine builder, Automobile, Auto accessories, Switch gear, manufacturing,
Requirements
Experience Standard PLC interface DFB for Manual/ Auto/Semi-Auto Station
Experience Standard Manual Assembly Station PLC Template handling.
Experience in Cycle time study and line balancing.
Experience in validation of Machine Risk Assessment, Safety circuit and poke yoke.
Experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA, Analog modules, different communication protocols. Prefer to have Schneider PLC HMI experience.
Experience in Schneider PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming SFC, Ladder, Structure text.
