Job Summary
At SuperProcure, we are looking for a high-impact sales leader to drive growth across mid-market and select enterprise accounts in the SaaS TMS space. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales professional who combines strong individual contribution with early-stage team leadership, and has experience selling complex SaaS solutions to manufacturing, engineering, and construction enterprises.The incumbent will own revenue growth, build deep customer relationships, influence CXO-level stakeholders, and play a critical role in scaling SuperProcure's go-to-market motion.
Roles and Responsibilities
Market & Segment Focus
- Drive expansion across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction companies with 3001,000+ Cr turnover.
- Identify high-potential accounts, define account penetration strategy, and build a strong qualified pipeline.
Revenue Ownership
- Own new business revenue and ARR growth, measured through YoY performance.
- Execute a disciplined sales process covering prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
Strategic Selling & Planning
- Translate company GTM strategy into actionable sales plans for the assigned segment.
- Shorten sales cycles by aligning solution value to customer pain points and ROI outcomes.
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to drive deal velocity.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Logistics Heads, Procurement, and IT leaders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and account expansion.
Team Enablement (Light People Management)
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members where applicable.
- Track KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to drive accountability.
Value Proposition & GTM Execution
- Deliver compelling, customized presentations and demos showcasing SuperProcure's value.
- Position SuperProcure as a strategic logistics transformation partner, not just a software vendor.
Market & Customer Insights
- Stay close to industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
- Share insights with leadership to influence product roadmap and GTM improvements.
Skills And Qualifications
Education
- Engineering degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience
- 68 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably SaaS products.
- Prior exposure to manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, ERP, TMS, or enterprise tech is a strong advantage.
- Experience handling deal sizes ranging from 25 lakhs and above.
Core Competencies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
