Key Responsibilities

Elevate Lohono Stays brand by creating compelling narratives that reflect our ethos of luxury and hospitality.

Ensure consistent and aspirational brand positioning across all customer experiences.

Lead brand marketing initiatives including PR, social media, influencer collaborations, content marketing, and creative campaigns.

Curate impactful brand partnerships and alliances that strengthen cultural relevance.

Build and nurture strong media and industry relationships to enhance visibility and thought leadership.

Guide the creation of design-led, evocative content that inspires and engages.

Harness digital and social platforms to build communities, not just campaigns.

Use insights and market trends to innovate while staying aligned to Lohono's luxury brand DNA. Build customer engagement and loyalty programs that go beyond transactions, driving advocacy and emotional connection.

Reimagine loyalty in line with the luxury consumer mindset.

Inspire, mentor, and empower the marketing team to push creative boundaries.

Collaborate with business, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand-led thinking drives business growth.

Manage budgets and resources effectively, balancing creativity with performance.

Key Requirements

Education:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

8+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.

Proven expertise in building aspirational brands through storytelling, creativity, and strategic vision.

Strong foundation in digital marketing, PR, content creation, and customer engagement.

Experience in leading teams of creative and marketing professionals.

Personal Traits:

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills.

Strong sense of luxury brand sensibility and customer-first mindset.

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Direct Report (if any): 4-5 members

Location: Parel

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days) | 10:00am to 6:30pm
