Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.
Role Overview
As the Sr. Logistics Specialist for our India Walk-In Centers, you will serve as the primary orchestrator and point of contact for our physical service network. You will be responsible for the end-to-end flow of materials, inventory integrity, and the overall efficiency of our WICs.
This is not just a back-office logistics role; it is a customer-centric operations position. You will bridge the gap between supply chain efficiency and the ultimate user experience, ensuring that when a customer walks into our centers, the parts, processes, and people are ready to deliver a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Act as the main point of contact for all India WIC logistics, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with global supply chain strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Warranty Operations to streamline claims, Customer Experience (CX) to improve service touchpoints, and Supply Chain Planning to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Inventory & Spare Parts Management: Oversee the lifecycle of spare parts, including forecasting, replenishment, and reverse logistics (returning defective parts from WICs to central hubs).
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and service partners to ensure high performance and adherence to SLAs.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the WIC workflow and implement lean solutions to reduce Turnaround Time (TAT) for repairs and replacements.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, shipping lead times, and customer satisfaction scores within the centers.
- Strategic Escalation Ownership: Serve as the final point of resolution for logistics-related bottlenecks at the WICs. This includes unblocking critical part shortages, resolving 3PL delivery failures, and managing urgent-care cases where a customer's experience is at risk due to supply chain delays. You will be expected to provide clear updates to senior leadership while driving root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 58 years in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Service Operations, ideally with experience managing physical service centers or retail logistics in the India market.
- Customer-First Mindset: A proven ability to view logistics through the lens of the end-user. You understand that a delayed part equals a frustrated customer.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in ERP systems (like Oracle) and Excel/Google Sheets. You should be able to spot trends in data before they become issues.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills. You can explain a complex supply chain delay to a CX lead and a regional manager with equal clarity.
- Problem Solving: A boots-on-the-ground approach to troubleshootingready to dive into the details of a customs delay or a local delivery failure.
- Tools: Preferably understanding of AI and Asana as a workload management tool.
