Sr. Legal Manager cum Admin Head

Are you a legal professional who also thrives running operations We're looking for someone rare — a person who can negotiate an MSA in the morning and resolve a facilities crisis before lunch.

At Flatworld Solutions, a global Tech & BPO company, this role sits at the intersection of legal rigor and operational excellence. You'll be a senior leader in our Bangalore office — ensuring our infrastructure supports a 24/7 global workforce, while keeping the company fully compliant and legally protected.

What you'll own

▸ Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SLAs, NDAs and employment contracts end-to-end

▸ Serve as primary liaison with local government bodies and statutory authorities — full Kannada fluency is essential

▸ Ensure compliance with Indian corporate law, labour law and BPO/ITES regulations

▸ Engage and manage senior legal counsel for litigation matters

▸ Oversee day-to-day facility operations across all India locations (24/7 environment)

▸ Lead vendor onboarding, contracts and performance management

▸ Own the administrative budget — cost control and resource allocation

What we're looking for

▸ LL.B from a recognized university (admin/FM certifications are a plus)

▸ Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in a dual Legal + Admin role

▸ Preferred background in BPO, KPO or ITES industry

▸ Exceptional written and spoken English for corporate and international stakeholders

▸ Full professional fluency in Kannada — mandatory

▸ Proven track record leading admin teams and large-scale office facilities
