Job Description

Job Requirements

Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and Customer representatives to ensure proper operations (Upstream Oil and Gas)
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for Wells Drilling & Testing deliverables
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the team's internal capacity
Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed with respect to Drilling Operations
Oversee invoicing and time writing activities for team size of 100-200 members.

Work Experience

12-14 years of proven success in an operations management for Wells management role
Engineering Education: B.Tech/ M.Tech (Petroleum Engineering) is preferred.
Strong skills in resource management and remote operations oversight
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer work delivery.
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
