The Role

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale automation using Ansible
• Develop and manage Terraform modules for Azure, AWS, and GCP with a focus on reusability and compliance
• Lead the adoption and enforcement of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards across teams
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines supporting multi-cloud deployments
• Collaborate with Cloud Architecture and Security teams to ensure automation aligns with enterprise governance and compliance requirements
• Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources including networking, compute, storage, and security services
• Support operational excellence through automation, monitoring integration, and continuous improvement
• Review code, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Create and maintain enterprise-level documentation, standards, and runbooks

Who You Are

Required Skills:

• 10-15 years of experience in Infrastructure Automation
• Extensive hands-on experience withAnsible Automationin enterprise environments
• Strong expertise inTerraform development, including modules, remote state, and workspaces
• Proven experience implementingInfrastructure as Code (IaC)at scale
• Solid understanding ofDevOps principlesand enterprise delivery models
• Strong experience building and managingCI/CD pipelines(Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Hands-on experience acrossAzure, AWS, and GCPcloud platforms
• Proficiency with Windows / Linux systems and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred)
• Strong experience with Git-based version control and collaborative workflows
• Ability to work effectively in large, cross-functional enterprise teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments (finance, healthcare, telecom, government, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud-native services:
  • Azure: ARM/Bicep, Azure Policy, Azure Landing Zones
  • AWS: IAM, VPC, Organizations, Control Tower
  • GCP: IAM, VPC, Organization Policies
• Experience with container platforms and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, managed K8s services)
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Relevant certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, or DevOps certifications)
• Experience contributing to platform engineering or cloud center of excellence (CCoE) initiatives
• Knowledge on AI/ML technologies
