Requirements
8+ years of experience building distributed, data-intensive systems using
Java and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Deep expertise in Java and its ecosystem, with strong foundations in
computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
Proven experience developing multi-tenant backend systems, RESTful
APIs, and services using Java, Spring Framework, and MongoDB.
Strong skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning in
cloud-native environments.
Experience building solutions for enterprise customers, addressing
complex needs around security, delegation, and collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior engineers through code
reviews, coaching, and technical training.
Ability to lead the design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a
solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
