About the Role

We're building the next generation of Pharmaceutical Quality Management Software and we're looking for a Senior Java Developer to help us get there. You'll work on a growing suite of GxP-compliant modules used by regulated life sciences manufacturers globally. This is a high-ownership role where you'll develop enterprise-grade features, collaborate directly with domain experts in pharmaceutical QA, and ship software that directly impacts patient safety and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop high-performance Java applications and RESTful APIs
• Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit and integration test coverage
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or similar)
• Proficiency with Git a
• Prior work on SaaS products
