Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD, EA)
• Build and maintain:
o Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
o Flows and Workflows (Flow Designer)
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects
• Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Provide L3 support and mentor junior (P1/P2) team members as needed

Required Skills & Experience
• 6 to 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform implementation/development experience
• Strong knowledge of:
o JavaScript (server-side & client-side)
o ServiceNow data model (tables, CMDB basics)
o ACLs, roles, and security model
• Experience with at least any two major ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD, EA)
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models

Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CAD
• Two or more CIS certifications (ITSM, Discovery, SPM, etc.)
• Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Exposure to DevOps, ATF, or ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines
