We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on IT recruiting experience, specializing in W2 hiring. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with telecom and networking clients and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in niche and hard-to-fill technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding)
- Hire for niche roles including:
- Firmware Engineer
- Embedded Engineer
- C++ (Hardware & Networking) Engineer
- FPGA Engineer
- Cloud Engineer
- Network Security Engineer (CISSP)
- Software Engineer (Python Embedded)
- BI Power Platform Engineers
- Data Analyst (Telecom)
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and internal ATS (Ceipal)
- Build strong pipelines of W2 candidates (No C2C)
- Perform initial technical screening and qualification
- Coordinate interviews and manage client communication
- Negotiate pay rates and manage offer process
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and documentation
