Operational support of on premise and regional server stacks and technology
Work with Hyper Converged Infrastructure technology platforms such as Dell VXRail
Troubleshoot performance issues related to virtualized workloads
Facilitate Implementation of new technology stacks and migration of workloads from on-prem to hybrid cloud or pure cloud
Travel on a rotating basis to regional Infrastructure deployments for support
Global operational support of our server ecosystem
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support application and infrastructure-related issues.
Lead projects for onboarding sites into support models and manage related activities.
Available for on-call and weekend maintenance, Coordinate with vendors for support and hardware needs, collaborate across IT teams to align storage with organizational goals
Translate business issues / requirements and objectives into technical solutions
Travel Approximately 15%
Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-Related Discipline.
10 years of experience in operational support of enterprise server ecosystem
5 years of Windows Server, Linux OS (Redhat, Ubuntu) and Virtualization platforms such as VMWare, VXRail, vSAN and NSX, Nutanix
1 years of server automation activities or Infrastructure as code (CHEF, Amelia, Powershell, Cloudinit), GitHUB
3 year with ServiceNow or another formal Service Management platform and/or methodology
Experience with Microsoft Windows 2016 and 2019,2022 and 2025 operating systems
Experience with supporting mission critical infrastructure operations
