We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Sr IT Architect to join our team at Sparta Systems. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, evolving, and optimizing our technology landscape, with a strong focus on Siemens Teamcenter PLM. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and technology teams to align our architecture with strategic business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance of our critical solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Teamcenter PLM architectures tailored to meet diverse business needs.
- Define and document solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and best practices for Teamcenter implementations.
- Lead all phases of Teamcenter PLM implementation projects, from requirements gathering and system design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, and other critical enterprise systems.
- Architect solutions for complex integrations, including BOM management, Change Management, CAD integrations, and workflows.
- Optimize existing Teamcenter environments for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Translate complex business objectives into clear technical designs, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Establish PLM standards, governance frameworks, and compliance policies to maintain system integrity and security.
- Conduct regular system health checks, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to stakeholders to drive system adoption and proficiency.
- Stay current with Siemens Teamcenter advancements and broader industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
Skills Requirement:
- Strong focus on Siemens Teamcenter within PLM systems.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing large-scale Teamcenter PLM projects.
- Deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules (e.g., Active Workspace, BOM, Change Management, Workflow Design), and customization.
- Expertise in Teamcenter integration with Upstream CRM/CPQ (Salesforce) and ALM (Polarion) systems, and downstream Design Automation (Rulestream, SAP Product Configurator) and ERP (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong proficiency in programming and scripting (e.g., C++, Java, ITK, RAC, BMIDE).
- Expertise in PLM-ERP-MES integrations, particularly Teamcenter-SAP interfaces.
- Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management processes in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial machinery.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
