Sr. interior designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete interior projects from concept design to final handover
• Develop space planning, layout design, and mood boards
• Prepare detailed working drawings (2D & 3D)
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting & dcor
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors
• Conduct client meetings and presentations
• Visit sites regularly and ensure quality execution
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Guide and supervise junior designers

1. Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion
• Knowledge of working drawings & execution details
• Strong understanding of materials and site execution
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects

1. Education

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design
• 35 years of relevant experience in interior projects
