Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential/commercial interior projects.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
- Handle site visits, execution planning, and supervision.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and material suppliers.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and interns..
- Ensure designs comply with safety, building codes, and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
- Minimum 34 years of experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management ability.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
