We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for interior design, excellent spatial awareness, and the ability to transform concepts into functional and visually appealing spaces. In this role, you will work closely with clients, architects, and project teams to deliver innovative design solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the concept development, design strategy, and execution for residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to completion.

Develop comprehensive design solutions including detailed space planning, layout designs, material selections, lighting concepts, and furniture specifications.

Prepare professional 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools.

Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements, preferences, and design goals.

Create detailed mood boards, presentations, and design proposals to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and décor elements that align with the project vision.

Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design quality and proper implementation.

Ensure all designs meet company standards, client expectations, and project timelines.

Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry innovations.

Collaborate with the internal team to deliver high-quality projects while maintaining design consistency and creativity.

Requirements

Proven experience in interior design, space planning, and project execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other interior design software.

Strong understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, and furniture selection.

Excellent visual, spatial, and creative thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is required.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹40,000 per month (₹4.8 LPA – No salary cuts)
