Job Description:
Location: Bangalore (Office-based)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
We are looking for highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C sales and a strong ability to convert leads into enrollments for high-ticket upskilling programs ranging between 50,000 to 80,000.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right program. You will play a key role in driving revenue by managing the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement & Qualification: Connect with inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their learning and career needs.
- Consultative Selling: Counsel working professionals on upskilling programs and recommend suitable courses based on their goals.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Handle the complete sales process including pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
- Follow-ups & Conversion: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and drive conversions through structured communication.
- Customer Experience: Provide a seamless and positive experience to prospective learners throughout the sales journey.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience:
- 15 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2C Sales
- Experience in EdTech or high-ticket sales (50K80K ticket size) preferred
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Skills:
- Excellent communication and strong closing skills
- Ability to build urgency and drive conversions in a competitive sales environment
- Strong objection handling and negotiation capabilities
- High energy, aggressive sales attitude with a go-getter mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines and targets
- Strong follow-up discipline and persistence to convert leads into closures
Availability:
- Immediate joiners preferred
