Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Senior IA/ERM Professional and Potential Partner. The role involves leading and managing internal audit (IA) and enterprise risk management (ERM) engagements, assessing and improving risk management frameworks, and providing strategic advisory services. The professional will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff, cultivating client relationships, developing and maintaining audit programs, and delivering impactful risk management insights to support client objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Internal Auditing, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Risk Assessment methodologies
• Proficiency in Governance practices, Corporate Compliance, and Regulatory Requirements
• Project Management and Team Leadership skills to oversee multiple engagements effectively
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and building a growing clientele book
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA, CIA, or equivalent
• Proven ability to deliver detailed and actionable insights for business improvement
• Familiarity with leveraging technology for risk management and compliance is a plus
