We are looking for a Senior HR Executive (HR Generalist) to join our team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people, processes, compliance, and culture in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Implement and oversee HR policies, processes, and employee records
• Support performance management through KPIs/KRAs, reviews, and employee evaluations
• Administer employee benefits and support benefits-related queries
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and workplace concerns with professionalism
• Organize onboarding, engagement initiatives, and team-building activities
• Provide day-to-day HR operational support across the organization
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably across recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement
• Strong understanding of HR practices, performance management, and policy implementation
• Knowledge of employee benefits, labour laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
