Challenge legacy HR methods and introduce modern, startup-relevant frameworks.

Strategic Partnership

Operate as a thought partner to business leaders on org design, team effectiveness, and change management.

Enable leaders to make better people decisions through structured insights.

Data-Driven People Decisions

Track leading indicators like engagement, performance momentum, attrition signals, and capability health.

Move the function from reactive HR to predictive People Strategy.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
