We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
International Recruiter to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for global clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of diverse hiring markets, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates globally through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring timelines.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records on our ATS.
- Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams on recruitment progress.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and local/global employment regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter for international markets (US, UK, EMEA, APAC, or other regions).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Monster, and other platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with time zone differences and flexibility to work odd hours if required.
- Experience with ATS tools and recruitment CRMs.
