Job Description

Be a change agent on the cutting edge of global continuous improvement projects. You will support projects and utilize change management techniques to achieve measurable return on investment. You will collaborate with stakeholders in order to support metrics, track milestones, review projects and roll out Human resources programs. You will develop and implement changes as necessary to ensure projects meet time, cost, budget and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage initiation, execution, and closure of projects according to waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Define & operate management system to control assigned projects.
  • Structure and set-up the project by identifying required project resources.
  • Create clear and attainable project objectives.
  • Build the project requirements including project success measures and proven ROI.
  • Manage project constraints around cost, time, scope and quality to baseline.
  • Engage appropriate resources and define/implement change mgt strategy.
  • Manage overall project progress and develop, execute and track project plans.
  • Review project progress with Steering Committee and present in regular MOS reviews.
  • Pro-actively manage escalations.
  • Identify baseline and measure project benefits.
  • Partner with peers to leverage knowledge and standards to promote consistent, quality deliverables across all projects.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
  • Ability to coordinate action group and influence idea outside of direct reporting lines
  • Ability to lead, drive change, and influence subject matter experts
  • Ability to lead team of subject matter experts in HR, IT, Finance, and other disciplines in core team meetings and deliverables, while having no direct management ownership for the team members.

We Value

  • Experience leading large, global, and complex HR projects
  • Greenbelt certification; PMP and/or Agile certification Certifications; knowledge of Vision, Excel, Word, Power point, project
  • Experience in driving change and delivering bottom line savings
  • Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for topic and audience
  • Excellent project management skills, demonstrated ability to work with teams, demonstrated initiative, proactive ownership & accountability.
  • Strong HR Functional knowledge is preferable
  • Ability to conceptualize / communicate business needs and translate them into actionable proposals Experience in functioning at both a strategic and hands-on detail level of the project & business.
