Job Summary:
Marutti Aluminiums is seeking a Senior HR & Operations Manager to oversee HR policies, daily operations, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, enhance workplace culture, and optimize resources to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and compliance strategies.
- Manage recruitment, training, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Oversee operations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure workplace safety, facility management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics for seamless operations.
- Monitor day-to-day operations of all employees by reviewing daily work reports and submitting the same to management on daily basis.
- Analyze and report operational performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR and operations, with 3+ years in a senior role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience in manufacturing or construction materials is a plus.
