Job Description

Job Summary:

Marutti Aluminiums is seeking a Senior HR & Operations Manager to oversee HR policies, daily operations, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, enhance workplace culture, and optimize resources to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and compliance strategies.
  • Manage recruitment, training, payroll, and performance evaluations.
  • Enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Oversee operations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure workplace safety, facility management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics for seamless operations.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations of all employees by reviewing daily work reports and submitting the same to management on daily basis.
  • Analyze and report operational performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR and operations, with 3+ years in a senior role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction materials is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Expected Package: 3.6 - 5 LPA
