Role: Sr. HR Executive (US IT)

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST

(Timings change as per US Daylight Saving)

We are looking for a US Sr. HR Executive with hands-on experience in US staffing, payroll, compliance, and end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Timesheets, leaves & attendance management

Onsite & offshore recruitment support.

Payroll processing (RazorpayX Payroll)

Compliance & statutory management

Onboarding & offboarding (Onblick, ADP, RazorpayX Payroll)

Performance management & HR policies

HR operational activities.

Requirements:

3-4 years of US HR experience

Strong knowledge of US HR operations & Payroll

Experience with HR tools like OnBlick, ADP & RazorpayX Payroll

US immigration exposure is a plus
