Job Description

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.

HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Performing recruitment & generalist activities
  • Calling and screening candidates on the phone, short-list & call suitable candidates for discussion
  • Headhunting on social media like Linkedin, Facebook
  • Employee management, appraisals & manpower planning

Required Candidate Profile

The candidate should be MBA in HR

At least 4+ years experience in IT Recruitment

Experience in hiring with the help of Linkedin, Facebook & other social networks.

Good communication and people skills.
