Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Drive seamless functioning of Zoho tools (Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll)
- Handle payroll processing, compliance, and statutory requirements
- Oversee HR audits, documentation, and process standardization
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and HRIS data accuracy
- Lead onboarding and exit processes ensuring smooth transitions
- Address employee grievances and maintain strong employee relations
- Execute engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
- Support administrative HR functions and policy implementation
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Master's degree in HR or related field
- 24 years of hands-on HR operations experience
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho suite (Recruit, People, Payroll)
- Solid understanding of payroll, compliance, and audits
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and process-driven mindset
