Sr.HD Interior Designer in Real Estate

This is a full-time on-site role for an HD Interior Designer in Real Estate, located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include space planning, creating and reviewing construction drawings, and delivering comprehensive interior designs with a focus on functionality and aesthetics. The role also includes collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project requirements and designs. Additionally, the designer will manage the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), contributing to the seamless execution of interior spaces within real estate projects.

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Proficiency in Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
• Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and implementation
• Strong creativity and attention to detail in design execution
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills for client and contractor interactions
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Familiarity with real estate and construction processes is advantageous
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platforms
