Job Title: Sr. Graphic Designer & Visualizer

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Sr. Graphic Designer & Visualizer who can translate ideas into visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand aesthetics, digital content, and storytelling through design, especially in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create engaging visual content for digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Design creatives for performance marketing campaigns, ads, and brand communication
- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and design systems aligned with brand guidelines
- Work closely with the content, marketing, and client servicing teams to deliver high-quality creatives
- Lead design projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms
- Create mood boards, storyboards, and campaign visual directions
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience in social media creatives, ad creatives, and branding
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus
- Ability to think creatively and translate briefs into impactful visuals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a branding/advertising agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and campaign-based work
- Ability to handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Good communication and presentation skills
