Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create designs that effectively convey brand messages across both digital and print platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets that engage our audience and elevate the brand identity. Key Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Illustration production consistent with established brand design guidelines.

Development of graphic assets, including banners, promotions, and Ads.

Tracking of all assignments and deliverables in the Cadence work request system.

Communication and collaboration with team management and internal clients.

Maintenance of a library of InDesign collateral templates.

Archiving of all production assets for retrieval and re-use.

Strong creative skills with the ability to concept, design, and execute.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 5 years+ of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and with any 3D and motion graphics tool, with other design tools
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience designing for digital platforms (web and social media)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects

Skills:

• Expertise using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is must
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Experience establishing print specifications, preparing files and releasing them to printers, reviewing proofs and communicating corrections, and attending press checks.
