This is an exciting role and would entail you to

Have a deep understanding of graphic design for both print and digital advertising and marketing

Have a deep understanding of brand campaigns

Generate ideas for advertising and marketing

Develop creatives for global brand advertising and marketing campaigns

Assess the work of other designers and make decisions from a technical point of view

Lead, manage and train junior designers

Ensure consistent quality output and follow best practice guidelines

Ensure client delight and meet the agreed Service Level Agreements

This may be the right role for you if you have,

5+ years in experience with integrated creative production as a senior creative designer in an ad agency / design studio / production house

Experience delivering various creative assets, for both print and digital campaigns

Excellent graphic design skills and an eye for composition

Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Excellent understanding of UI design principals for responsive web and mobile apps

Experience in managing teams that handle high-volume requests

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience communicating with remote teams and working in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of current global trends and best practices in graphic design

Shift timings - 2 to 11 pm IST

Location: - Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Work Model - Hybrid
