The Global Government Incentives & Grants Analyst will support the endtoend lifecycle of global government incentives and grant programs, with a primary focus on project management execution, digital enablement, and operational excellence. This role will work closely with global Government Relations, Tax, Finance, Legal, HR, and business teams to ensure incentive opportunities are tracked, executed, reported, and compliant.

The Analyst will play a critical role in enabling pipeline visibility, execution discipline, and data-driven decision making across global incentive programs by leveraging project management frameworks and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Execution
  • Support the endtoend project lifecycle of government incentives and grants, from opportunity identification through contract execution and compliance monitoring.
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple global incentive projects.
  • Track execution of government commitments (jobs, investment, timelines, reporting requirements) and escalate risks proactively.
  • Coordinate with site leaders, project managers, and functional owners to ensure ontime and accurate delivery of incentive obligations, aligned with global policies and governance requirements.
  • Support Management Operating System (MOS) cadence including dashboards, reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Technology, Digital Tools & Data Management
  • Serve as a power user and administrator for government incentives and grants management tools (e.g., incentive tracking modules, digital contract repositories, reporting systems).
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, validation, and maintenance across incentive pipelines, contracts, and compliance records.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to provide visibility into pipeline value, realized benefits, compliance status, and risks.
  • Partner with IT and process owners to support automation, process standardization, and system enhancements aligned with the global operating model
  • Support digital transformation initiatives related to incentive lifecycle management.
  • CrossFunctional Coordination & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a central coordination point between Government Relations, Tax, Finance, Legal, HR, and business teams across regions.
  • Support preparation of internal reviews, leadership updates, and approval materials related to incentive opportunities and performance.
  • Assist in consolidating inputs for government applications, amendments, audits, and reporting submissions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and bestpractice adoption across global teams.
  • Compliance, Risk & Governance Support
  • Support ongoing compliance monitoring in line with global government incentives policies and approval frameworks.
  • Track and document contractual obligations, reporting schedules, and audit requirements.
  • Assist in identifying compliance gaps, data inconsistencies, or execution risks and support mitigation planning.
  • Maintain organized documentation to support internal reviews and external government audits.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Core Skills (MustHave)

Project Management

  • Strong project coordination and execution skills with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project/ Smart sheets).
  • Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Technology & Data Skills

  • High proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tools), and SharePoint or equivalent collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems, digital workflows, or contract / compliance management tools.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Analytical & Operational Skills

  • Ability to analyze incentive data, identify trends, track benefits realization, and highlight risks.
  • Strong documentation, process discipline, and quality mindset.

Preferred / NicetoHave Skills

  • Experience supporting government incentives, grants, tax credits, or public funding programs.
  • Exposure to global or multicountry operations and compliance environments.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or automation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) concepts.
