Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Senior General Manager (Operations). The Sr. GM - Operations will oversee and manage various operations and strategies to ensure efficiency and productivity. Key responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, managing customer service initiatives, leading and mentoring teams, and ensuring budgetary compliance. The role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional capable of driving performance improvements and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in General Management and Operations Management
• Proficiency in Customer Service delivery and ensuring client satisfaction
• Proven skills in Team Management, including mentoring and developing employees
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives for operational improvements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the apparel or textile manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
