We are looking for a Sr. Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 4+ years of experience in any ERP system.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Project Implementation & Delivery
- Managed end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Coordinated with stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor project milestones.
2. Requirement Analysis & Documentation
- Gathered, analyzed, and documented business requirements for enhancements and customizations.
- Prepared functional specifications, CR documents, and support-related documentation.
3. Solution Design & System Configuration
- Designed functional solutions aligned with business needs, including enhancements and custom modules.
- Configured and customized Business Central, followed by thorough system and integration testing.
4. Data Migration, Testing & User Enablement
- Executed data migration activities ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Conducted UAT sessions and delivered end-user training to ensure smooth adoption.
5. Support & Continuous Improvement
- Handled day-to-day support issues, troubleshooting, and system optimizations.
- Participated in development of new add-on solutions to enhance system capabilities.
Requirements:
- B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA with experience working in an ERP IT services or consulting company.
- Minimum 4 end-to-end ERP Finance module implementations, including Inventory Costing, Manufacturing Costing, and Indian Localization (GST, TDS, TCS) for Indian clients.
- Hands-on experience independently handling Requirement Gathering, FRD preparation, Fit-Gap analysis, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live Support across multiple projects.
- Functional exposure to Manufacturing and/or Trading vertical projects with strong understanding of finance and costing processes.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills with good proficiency in Excel and documentation.
