Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NCR Advanced Store and POS Basics with a preference for those with merchandising domain experience. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our projects during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business requirements to provide effective solutions using NCR Advanced Store and POS Basics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NCR Advanced Store and POS systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of system functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all system-related activities.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to management.
