We are seeking an experiencedSr. Full Stack Java Developerwho can take ownership of development initiatives while effectivelyleading and coordinating a teamof developers. The ideal candidate will be proficient inMicroservice Architecture,Spring Framework, Angular/React, andPostgreSQL,with strong hands-on expertise inresolving production issues, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.

This role demands bothtechnical excellence and leadership someone who can code, solve complex problems, and drive the team toward high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain Microservice Applications usingJava, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, andAngular/React.
• Lead and mentor developers with technical guidance, efficient issue resolution, and workload management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management, to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines
• Identify, analyze, and resolveproduction issues, ensuring minimal downtime and effective root cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver within budget and schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in the Angular framework:
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot with RESTful API development and consumption
• Experience with database design and SQL:
• Ability to debug, optimize, and maintain code:
• Proven experience inproduction troubleshootingand resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellentteam handling, coordination, and communicationskills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Good to Have:

• Experience withMicroservices Architecture,Docker,Kubernetes, orCloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesand modern DevOps tools.
• Exposure toAgile/Scrummethodologies.
