Job Title: Financial Planning Operations Analyst / Associate

Job description:

We are seeking a detail oriented and process driven professional to join our team as s Financial Planning Operations Analyst. This role requires deep domain expertise and will support the operations pertaining to financial planning services, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, process efficiency and excellent client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and manage end to end client onboarding process, including documentation, account creation and KYC/AML compliance.
• Accurately input validated data into SharePoint for downstream processing (e.g., commissions, ADV mailing).
• Verify completeness of forms identify and escalate Not-In-Good-Order (NIGO) forms and notifying advisors of any discrepancies or missing data.
• Maintain and update client financial data, investment portfolios and planning tools.
• Collaborate with financial planners and support financial advisors.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards and maintain through records and audit trails.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and process improvements.
• Operate and maintain financial planning systems e.g. CRM systems, Sharepoint, Digital Forms etc.
• Performance tracking related to financial planning delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Financial Domain), CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or related fields.
• 3 to 5 yrs. experience in financial planning / Wealth Management operations. Hands-on experience with broking firms.
• Proficiency in Financial planning tools. Basic knowledge of commissions and supervision workflows in a financial planning context
• Familiarity with compliance or regulatory document review.
