Role Overview

The Senior Executive Talent Management (Operations) will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on Keka HRMS administration, attendance & leave management, and employee lifecycle operations. This role requires precision, ownership, and comfort with HR technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & HR Operations

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updating of employee records in HRMS
  • Support performance management cycles and employee data tracking
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for HR operational requirements

Keka Technology Specialist

  • Act as the Keka HRMS system owner for daily operations
  • Configure and manage attendance, leave, shifts, holidays, and policies in Keka
  • Handle payroll inputs coordination with internal teams / vendors
  • Troubleshoot Keka-related issues and liaise with Keka support when required
  • Generate HRMIS reports and dashboards from Keka

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily attendance, shift rosters, and exceptions
  • Manage leave policies, approvals, corrections, and reconciliations
  • Handle attendance regularization, late marks, and compliance tracking
  • Ensure accurate attendance data for payroll processing
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for HR operations

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of Keka HRMS (attendance, leave, payroll inputs)
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations and talent management processes
  • Good understanding of attendance systems, shift management, and leave policies
  • Strong Excel skills (MIS, trackers, reconciliation)
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • Experience in multi-location or growing organizations
