Role Overview
We are looking for a US Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Anblicks rapid growth by driving end-to-end hiring for the US market. This role requires hands-on experience in US W2 hiring, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to onboarding
Partner closely with US clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Source and screen candidates using Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and internal ATS
Evaluate candidates on technical expertise, communication skills, and cultural alignment
Coordinate and manage client interviews and feedback loops
Drive offer management including rate negotiation, salary discussions, and offer closure
Ensure adherence to US hiring compliance and documentation standards
Maintain accurate candidate data, pipelines, and reports in the ATS
Meet defined hiring targets, SLAs, and quality benchmarks
Required Qualifications & Skills
38 years of experience in US Talent Acquisition on W2 hirings.
Strong Understanding Of US Work Authorization And Visa Types
USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD
Proven experience hiring for Data and Cloud roles (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, QA, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in US business hours
Strong organizational skills with a data-driven mindset
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in IT consulting or product engineering companies
Exposure to client-facing recruitment and account-based hiring
Familiarity with background verification, onboarding, and compliance processes
