The job incumbent is responsible for marketing Administration of all Certification (CER) Training products.
The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
Ø Major Responsibilities
Sending mass mailers about Open House Training Courses.
Calling up every prospects and converting to business/ Arrange for training venue
Collection of training fees in advance and share details to finance for payment invoice adjustments.
Responding to all leads for training.
Communication with clients
Submission of proposal and getting it signed.
Communication of training requirement for production along the contract copy and blocking the resource in Siebel.
Ensure that any changes or requirements of clients are communication to production team/HO
Dispatch of hard certificates to clients

Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.
To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.
Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.
Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects

Ø Qualification and Experience
Any / Engineering Graduate
Fresher or 3-5 years of experience in the field of marketing or administration.
Skills & Qualities:
Should have the ability to connect with people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business.
Should have a pleasing personality
Good communication and presentation skills.
Positive attitude
