Job Summary:

The Sr. Executive Tele Sales will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication with potential customers via phone, email, and digital channels. The role involves generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, identifying client needs, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and market insights.
