Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand requirements from Project Manager and develop applications using Dot Net technologies.
  • Ensure timely completion of development with quality delivery.
  • Ensure all deliverables are information security certified.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production-related issues and achieve first-time resolution.
  • Maintain less than 20% rejection rate from the Quality Assurance team.
  • Follow daily SDLC task lists and project execution plans.
  • Participate in HR Portal development from inception using a hybrid development approach.
  • Work dedicatedly on aligned projects and contribute partially during execution phases.
