Designation - Sr Executive - Sales Operations Specialist (CRM)
Experience - 3+ Years in Sales, Training, and Quality.
Location - Gurgaon, Haryana
Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile
Sales Operations Specialist to manage lead flow, coordinate training, and handle internal communications.
The ideal candidate has a background in
Sales, Training, and Quality, with the creative ability to use
Canva for internal engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring the sales team is well-trained, high-performing, and kept informed through professional internal announcements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily flow of leads within the CRM. Ensure leads are assigned correctly and that the database remains organized and functional.
- Monitor sales interactions and data entry to ensure they meet company standards & compliance. Identify gaps in performance or lead handling.
- Organize and schedule training sessions for the sales team. Help onboard new joiners and ensure they are up to speed on our CRM and sales processes.
- Act as a bridge between management and the sales floor. Share timely, constructive feedback with sales members based on quality audits and lead conversion data.
- Create and maintain performance reports using Excel and Google Sheets. You will track sales productivity, training progress, and lead health.
- Use Canva to design and circulate weekly newsletters, performance leaderboards, and important sales announcements
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3+ year of experience in Sales, Training, and Quality. You understand the pressure of sales and the importance of coaching.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. You should be comfortable creating trackers, using formulas, and visualizing data for reports.
- Experience navigating and managing workflows within a CRM portal.
- Strong interpersonal skills. You must be able to deliver feedback firmly but supportively to sales team members.
- Ability to coordinate multiple training schedules and lead batches simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar basic design tools. You can take raw information and turn it into a visually appealing newsletter or announcement.
