Overview

Reanalysis of role due to movement to new PO Capability setup


Responsibilities

A&M PO Management

  • Build working relationship with brand teams developing a working knowledge of the work to be completed in the fiscal year
  • Create PRs based on SOWs and Quotations.
  • Ensure budget availability and approval alignment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Monitor PR status and follow up on delayed PR Approvals
  • Monitor and clear Vendor Invoice Management(VIM). Clear GRIR, on hold discrepancies.
  • Contact Requestors/Stakeholders for respective projects & align on costs associated with services provided
  • Request, review and maintain files related to final estimates from Marketers and create PRs
  • Collaborate with Control's budget coordinators to process estimates & generate PO's
  • Manage tracking of completed estimates and POS's accounting for remaining balances, needed estimates, open purchase orders, and prompt pays, etc.
  • Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA)
  • Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
  • Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes.
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
  • Support in Year End Activities ex-PO closures etc.
  • Query Management and Stakeholder Management

Qualifications

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • A junior/mid-level analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company. 1-3 years experience
  • Education: B.Com,BBA or MBA in Finance
  • Highly efficient with Excel and Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working
  • Knowing the Business Cold: Can easily see how separate data inputs are connected synthesizing key learnings to highlight opportunities to inform future business decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
  • Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
  • Ability to provide superior customer service
  • Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment
