A fast-growing brand consultancy and integrated communications agency serving consumer and lifestyle brands across FMCG, retail, hospitality and digital-first startups. We deliver strategic PR, earned media campaigns, influencer engagement and brand storytelling to elevate visibility and build reputations in competitive markets.

Primary job title: Senior Public Relations Executive

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive proactive media outreach and build strong relationships with national, regional and trade journalists to secure high-impact coverage.
  • Create, edit and distribute press materialspress releases, media advisories, Q&As, bylines and executive briefsto support product launches and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end PR campaigns: develop media lists, craft tailored pitches, manage follow-ups and track results against objectives.
  • Coordinate events, press conferences and influencer briefings, handling logistics, media accreditation and on-site media management.
  • Monitor media coverage daily, compile accurate clipping reports and translate coverage insights into actionable client recommendations.
  • Support swift crisisresponses: prepare holding statements, manage media queries and escalate sensitive issues to senior leads.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven PR experience in an agency or brand environment with demonstrable media placements.
  • Strong written editorial ability for press releases, pitches and thought leadership content.
  • Experience handling crisis communications and rapid-response media scenarios.
  • Practical use of media monitoring platforms and coverage reporting.
  • Hands-on experience managing events, press briefings and influencer engagement.
  • Comfort working on-site in a client-facing agency setting and managing multiple priorities to tight deadlines.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with PR tools such as Muck Rack, Meltwater or Cision.
  • Basic design/asset coordination skills (Canva or Adobe Photoshop) for press kits and social amplification.
  • Understanding of digital amplification and measurement (Google Analytics or native social insights).
