Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sr. Executive - Operations (Travel & Tourism) International & Domestic. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of travel itineraries, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with local guides. Duties also include analyzing travel trends, overseeing operations management, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This is an on-site role based in Pune.

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is must
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
