Bene Kleed is looking for a Sr. Executive Operations & Systems to drive disciplined operational execution and strong ERP/SAAS adoption across the organization.

This role plays a key part in ensuring system-driven operations, accurate MIS visibility, and seamless coordination between marketplace, warehouse, and operational teams.

Role Objective

Ensure structured and system-driven operational execution by maintaining strong ERP/SAAS compliance, operational MIS reporting, and cross-functional coordination across warehouse and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities-

ERP / SAAS Implementation & System Discipline

Ensure all inward, dispatch, and return operations are executed through ERP systems with no parallel manual tracking.

Coordinate with ERP / SAAS vendors for issue resolution and system support within defined SLAs.

Drive cross-department adoption and compliance of ERP processes.

Monitor system discipline across operational teams.

Operational Systems Compliance

Maintain a weekly systems compliance dashboard covering inward, dispatch, return tagging, and master data accuracy.

Ensure high system data accuracy across all operational entries.

Identify and flag inconsistencies or operational system gaps.

Operations MIS & Decision Support

Prepare and maintain weekly Operations MIS covering dispatch, RTO, returns, and inventory metrics.

Ensure MIS accuracy and timely submission for leadership reviews.

Provide structured operational visibility to support business decisions.

Marketplace Operations Coordination

Coordinate with marketplace teams to resolve operational issues and support tickets within defined timelines.

Ensure accurate synchronization of order and stock data between ERP and marketplace platforms.

Support operational alignment between marketplaces and internal systems.

Warehouse Operations Execution

Support warehouse teams to maintain high dispatch accuracy and operational discipline.

Ensure timely return inward processing and system updates.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain operational consistency.

Process Improvement & Automation

Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and system efficiency.

Support process automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention.

Contribute to continuous improvement of operational systems and processes.

Role Expectations

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience working with ERP systems, operational dashboards, or SaaS platforms.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and operational MIS reporting.

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, marketplaces, and vendors.

Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
