SR. Executive-Operations (Air Export) For Logistics

Job Responsibilities

• Handle Air Export operations, ensuring timely and efficient cargo movement
• Manage coordination with overseas agents and partners for smooth shipment execution
• Liaise with shippers/clients, providing regular updates on shipment status
• Coordinate with airlines and IATA agents for:
• Rate negotiation
• Booking cargo space
• Shipment planning
• Maintain strong contacts with airlines, IATA agents, and co-loaders to secure competitive rates
• Manage overseas communication, including sending Pre-Alerts to overseas agents and shippers
• Prepare and manage export documentation, including:
• MAWB / HAWB (manually and via CargoWise/SAP)
• Handle billing processes for local shippers and overseas agents
• Prepare the Daily Status Report (DSR) / MIS for air shipments
• Verify and check necessary export documentation before dispatch
• Conduct shipment tracking and monitoring for all air export consignments
• Handle post-shipment documentation in compliance with requirements
• Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for air export clearance and shipment updates
