Summary:

- Under general supervision, you will be given the responsibility of handling a variety of legal projects.
- We shall be assigned to provide legal specialty support for Tech, Telco, and Enterprise contracts and have good exposure to in-house counsel roles for litigation.
- Adept at operating tools-CLM, Compliance
What you'll be Responsible for:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Provide legal advice to all internal stakeholders and document the business arrangement in the form of contracts and other legal documentation.
- Support the stakeholders and internal teams by coordinating the legal compliance activities needed such as drafting and reviewing various undertakings, certificates, bonds, etc. Do a risk analysis and prepare queries to internal stakeholders as a part of risk identification.
- Identify and address issues of legal and compliance risks in the organization.
- Support the Legal Director in preparing contracts, letters, and other documents related to legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Support the Legal Director on litigation including ensuring proper representation by external counsel (while securing case reporting and strategic alignment).
- Report (and interpret/enforce) court or government authority/agency decisions, statutes, and governmental regulations and advise the Legal Director on pending developments in these areas.
What should We look in you
- Bachelor's degree in law with a relevant track record of legal undertakings 3-5 Years of Work experience.
- Knowledge of business and commercial laws, Arbitration laws, and Data Protection laws. Should be interested in learning and understanding business-related regulations, RFPs/RFQs.
- Relevant & proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting and compliance.
- Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel
