Our Definition of Sr. Executive-HRBP
- Act as an HR Business Partner to assigned teams, supporting managers with workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and HR policy guidance.
- Drive company culture and employee engagement initiatives, including onboarding, engagement programs, recognition activities, and feedback mechanisms.
- Handle end-to-end HR operations and administration such as employee documentation, HRIS updates, attendance, leave management, confirmations and exits.
- Manage employee relations by addressing queries, resolving grievances, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, prepare HR MIS reports, and support audits and management reporting.

- 2+ Years of experience in Strategic HRBP role.
- Experience and ability to foster growth by acting as bridge between employees and management for smooth operations.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, handling grievances, organize and execute activities and maintain a healthy culture!
- Ability to work independently and coordinate as per organization's requirement.
- Exposure to HR admin activities.
